Welcome to the challenge. As a fitness professional I'm often asked questions about health, lifestyle, exercise and meal planning. They ask, How can I lose this belly? How can I strengthen my core? What can I do to have more energy? I welcome these questions and more!
I love encouraging others so they too can feel empowered to improve their lifestyle. It is very inspirational to me to see people who are willing to take on a challenge knowing it will shake their very core.
Who is this challenge for? Well anyone of course. It for any age, any gender, and from all backgrounds, including you! It will yield great results and lead to lasting success for anyone. Everyone starts from a different place but the end results will still be success. You will succeed because you go at your own pace and on your own time schedule. I'll be here to support and encourage you along the way. Find what works best for you and stick with it. Even though we all have different body types, we can succeed utilizing similar training, diet and supplement recommendations. So come on and join us so you too can succeed and be Vari-Fit™.

This Challenge Will Address All Areas:
We'll be looking at what bodytype you are and move through 3 phases of diet and exercise. Each phase you'll be cleaning up your bad habits little by little so you can achieve continues success. Don't worry if you fall of the wagon a few times it's not going to kill you. Just get back on the clean eating and you'll be fine.
Phase 1: We'll begin cleaning up our diet and get our body moving and hitting the weights.
Phase 2: We're going to start cutting carbs for some, increasing carbs for others depending on their body type. We cannot forget to add in cardio. Everyone loves cardio!
Phase 3: We'll continue to eat clean and build muscle.

Supplements
Supplements can be very helpful when used appropriately. However, many people are afraid of supplements and don't realize the benefit they have. We will get into what's needed, when and why.

Of course your going to have to exercise. Did you think you could skip this poriton of the program...if only! Seriously, exercise is a very important part of everyday life. We all need it and we all benefit from it. It's not only good for you physically but, mentally and emotionally as well. Exercise helps to boost our metabolism to aid in fat loss and increase muscle gain. It also helps us to reduce the everyday stresses in our lives.
Meal Plannng is all about prepping ahead of time so you don't have an excuse not to eat or not to choose something healthy. The key is to make sure you're eating enough of the right foods at the right time.
Food Lists:
We'll give you a general list of recommended foods for you to choose from so you can get some quick ideas that may just lead you to other ideas. Follow our suggestions or come up with your own. Don't forget to share on our facbook site so you can help others be successful.

2. Take "before" body composition measurements.
3. Take "before" girth measurement (neck, shoulders, chest, arm, waist, hips, leg, calf)
4. Take photos every 4 weeks to show changes.
5. Follow my exercise and nutrition suggestions for best results.
6. Applications must be received by January 30th 2017.
7. Once applications are received you will be contacted regarding best eating method for your body type.
