What Is It & Who It For?
Meal Planning is ideal for anyone seeking a healthy diet plan for weight loss, muscle gain, fitness improvements, sports performance, and above all accountability. Let's face it, we all struggle with accountability.  We just do better knowing someone else knows what we're eating.  I'm not a hard core food police but I do expect people to be honest.  I can't help you if you're not true to yourself or me.

My education and experience allow me to help you regardless of your goals.  My current and former clients include but are not limited to teachers, bodybuilders, office professionals, doctors, athletes and more.​  Feel free to check out my testimonials page to get an idea of what others are saying about me.

What's Included in the Meal Planning?
  • Evaluation of your current eating habits to help you to understand what it means to get back on track for a healthier lifestyle.
  • Custom nutritional strategies that encourage and demonstrate how making better choices little by little will assist in changing your mental, emotional and physical state of being. 
  • Weekly follow-ups via phone call
  • Periodic adjustments to your diet plan 
  • Access to my web app to track progress, unlimited in-app messaging, and constant support from me..not a machine.

 How It Works!
After you pay for the program, I'll send you an email confirming payment. You will then receive emails containing paperwork that will need to be signed and returned

Once you are set-up for the app and the documents are complete, we set-up your nutritional consultation with you. During the session, we'll discuss your goals, review information provided in your forms, and determine what we need to do to achieve your goals. I will provide you with your next steps to complete on your own before our next conversation.
​We will have weekly check-ins via phone conversation, however you can reach me via text or email anytime. Most responses are within a few hours but please allow up to 24 hours to respond.

My programs are customized to you, so are therefore, as flexible as you. So if you have a certain dietary need or prefer Paleo or Vegan, or if you don't have any idea, I will create a plan that's right for you.

Since no two people are alike, no results are alike.  You will get out of this what you put into it. We will be adjusting your diet every two weeks depending on how things are moving along. 
This CAN ONLY WORK if:
  • You are a good communicator: Keep me informed on what's working and what's not
  • You are willing to put in the time:
    2-4 weeks for your body to adjust 
    4-8 weeks to feel the results 
    8-12 for others to notice the results
  • You are willing to be dedicated -Yeah, I know everyone slips up and that's ok.  Like I said, I'm not the food police but you just need to be 80% compliant. It's ok to make a mistake just get right back to it soon after.
  • SUCCESS is the goal.
